CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

Caprice, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as THE COMPANY) informs you that access to and use of the Website https://www.rcstrings.com is subject to the following Terms of Use, so we recommend reading them.

The user agrees to use our website in accordance with these rules and the legal regulations in force at the time of use. In case of disagreement, the user must refrain from using this website.

This document sets forth the conditions governing the use of this website (www.rcstrings.com) and the purchase of products through it (hereinafter, the "Conditions").

The following Conditions of Contract apply when customers meet the definition of consumers or users, as established in Article 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

1. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT

The contract aims to regulate the general conditions of the service offered by THE COMPANY.

Access to the information included on the website is completely free, while the product purchase service is chargeable, with the current product prices, shipping costs, and tax charges specified at all times.

The contracting procedure will be conducted in Spanish in any case, although THE COMPANY may establish the possibility of contracting the service in other specified languages.

2. IDENTIFICATION OF THE CONTRACTING PARTIES

On the one hand, THE COMPANY, under the trade name or corporate name CAPRICE S.L. (RC Strings), located at c/ Padre Urbano 31, 46009 Valencia, with N.I.F. number: B46077442, registered in the Mercantile Registry of Valencia (1/1997/33, 726.0 / 233 / 533 Folio 82), and with telephone number 963668012 and email contact info@rcstrings.com.

And, on the other hand, THE CLIENT, whose data entered for making a purchase or suggestion through the designated form are the ones provided by the client.

3. OBLIGATIONS RELATED TO THE PURCHASE PROCEDURE

THE CLIENT is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during the purchase process and agrees to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.

If THE CLIENT fails to comply with this obligation, they will be liable for any damages caused to THE COMPANY or a third party.

4. CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE

The commercial conditions of this service and any offers made by THE COMPANY are always displayed on this website and can be consulted, archived, or printed.

THE COMPANY reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Contract at any time, as well as any other document posted on the Website.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES

THE COMPANY will not be responsible for delays or failures in accessing, functioning, or operating the Website, or its services and/or content, nor for interruptions, suspensions, or malfunctions due to breakdowns caused by natural disasters, force majeure situations, extreme emergencies such as strikes, hacker attacks, or any other situation of force majeure or accidental cause, nor for errors in data transfer networks, especially if caused by third parties outside THE COMPANY's business organization.

THE COMPANY is responsible for the reliability, accuracy, and truthfulness of the content, data, or information regarding the products offered on its website, unless these have been modified by third parties, whether authorized or not by the company. THE COMPANY's service is limited to making the products available to customers, being responsible for said products in case of non-conformity with the terms established by Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

6. PURCHASE PROCEDURE

The purchase process is carried out through THE COMPANY's website electronically, requiring the user to be registered on the website. To register, the user must fill in all the required identification details.

THE COMPANY is not responsible for damages that may result from the inaccuracy of the data entered by the customer.

Purchases are made by clicking on the shopping cart icon next to the item listed on the website. It will be clearly indicated if the selected item is in stock.

The indicated prices include the corresponding VAT. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, VAT will not be charged, and THE CLIENT will be responsible for paying the corresponding shipping costs and taxes.

In this phase, it is mandatory to read and expressly accept these general conditions of contract and the Data Privacy Policy. To access the actual Purchase Process, the user must select the consent checkbox provided for this purpose.

Once the CONFIRM button is pressed, THE CLIENT will automatically receive an email at the address provided during registration, containing all the information related to the purchase. Since this is a technical and automatic element, errors outside the control of the Website Manager may occur, so if the email is not received, it is requested that THE CLIENT notify the company.

7. PRICE

The website prices include VAT (when applicable), but they do not include shipping costs, which will be specified and added to the total amount due.

THE COMPANY is committed to promptly correcting any errors found on the website and updating product prices and sales conditions based on any changes that occur.

8. PRODUCT SHIPPING

Unless otherwise agreed, THE COMPANY will ship the order to THE CLIENT, consisting of the product(s) listed in each Shipping Confirmation, without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, deliveries will be made through the agency determined in each case, and the delivery time will be 7 to 15 days from the order confirmation.

If there is a delay in shipping for any reason, THE COMPANY will inform THE CLIENT of the estimated delivery time, and if THE CLIENT is not satisfied with the new time, they may cancel the order.

9. PAYMENT METHODS

The accepted payment methods are:

• CREDIT CARD: The payment is processed through Cajamar Caja Rural's secure virtual terminal.
• PAYPAL: The payment is processed via PayPal in a secure environment.
• BANK TRANSFER: Payments can be made to IBAN: ES66 3058 2229 0110 2100 6276.
• COD (Cash on Delivery): Available for Spain, with an additional charge of 3 EUR.
